    that is what i said above that you sign-up for 12 month without installation or pay installation is 1980's plan. for last 5 year i changed multiple NBN provided (due to discount on plans) and never signed for contract and never paid a penny for installation ... ! many provided tried to be smart but if you have good product and pricing then customer won't leave so no need to catch people in contract or ask for installation fees .. IMO. ... hope you guys get your return on investment.. GL.
