well I hope that some here that supported the BOD working in complete secrecy from share holders have learnt a valuable lesson as the share holders have and did have the right to more information all along I think this has been an excellent example of the inability of the ASX to carry out its duties. The naivety of putting total faith into others to look after your interests in this day and age I find some what baffling and whilst I don't hold my breath I would expect just a little embarrassment from those that berated any person that dared to suggest that the tech update could be any thing but pure gold. shows lack of experience as far as I am concerned. Oh well we lick our wounds and hopefully as the BOD have shown themselves to be less than honest they will be a bit more transparent in the future as are there legal obligations so that investors may make their investment decisions in an informed manner as is normally required NDS or not.
