A big raising at the 85 cents level (if thats where it is) represents a massive discount to current sp and is very dilutive to existing sghareholders.
lets hope they are not taking in $50+m at that price. All the money is not actually needed between now and March. Much better to take a small number now and take the rest in on the NASDAQ listing at a price of plus $1.50. Same amount of money raised but less costly to the existing shareholders imo
existing share holders may miss-out on cr, page-6
