now that the merger is dead... reviewing the SID from FFR and their merged entity calcs.. they valued the combined entity at 125 million.
125,000,000 / 371,254,141 = 0.336
and that what when GCY was 0.43.
Considering the price of GCY is already at 0.335 one could assume the value will be much lower after merge... based on the estimates in the SID document... likely around 0.25 maybe as low as 0.18. Lets hope it does not drop more.
