So it's now 3 weeks until BF/CM weekend in the US - I find the whole situation very strange that they were so confident at Retail Investor Day and now, according to those that watched the AGM, are apparently backtracking from those remarks. For me I'm still interested in details about the pilots in the next 1-2 weeks, however it's looking very strange. I don't doubt there are pilots underway, and I don't doubt that many will be successful, but the commentary and timing seems to be very odd. If there is nothing major in the next week or two, I think the reputational damage will be irreversible, and many will just sit tight on their holdings till say Feb and what will look like a glowing H1 compared to last year and then tap out and never look back.
