The delay sucks (especially as 3 months refers to the delay to starting PL3… but actually represent a delay of more than 6 months compared to their previously announced target of an outcome by the end of this year).
however, nothing in the announcement says anything significantly negative about the tech.
and so I remain committed. Frustrated, but committed.
