Management and overhead costs are high because there is a team working on the feasibility study for HPMSM. It is ridiculous to include them in your loss per tonne figure as you do and then to extrapolate that on a linear basis to further production. Production costs are high (on a per tonne basis) but these also will not be linear. I.e. ramping up to nameplate will not double production costs (as you seem to assume).
