I will add also that even if one day the EV market moves to silicon because it reaches 1000-2000 cycles to 80%, installations for battery storage on an electric grid or a power-wall will want maximum cycle life, especially when weight is not too particularly a problem. Graphite will win out there. I cannot currently see a reason why graphite will go obsolete in the next 15 years.
