Bails, hopefully they scale back to 2 for 5.
Otherwise later on we end up with more dilution at the 3.5c mark with a bigger option tranche.
If red5 does T/O tnr, options are excluded as its capital only. A T/O would force option exercising or they would expire worthless if a bid.
