If big pharma ultimately want this invo43/photosoft technology they will have to buy out the rights from the Cho group and take over Invion in the process. It's highly unlikely they would want a competitor in Invion or some other player who takes out Invion controlling and profiting off the same technology. Big pharma would want the monopoly, not a monkey on their back like Invion directly competing with them. If this technology is successful the share price will go much much higher in my opinion.
