I recall a great quote that goes something like this:
We spend our lives buying things that we don't need with money we don't have to impress people that don't matter.
Health is my number 1 priority, without that nothing matters.
Saying that, it is fine to be a big income earner, if it doesn't make you happy that's your problem.
