Don't know Ohmy. Quite possibly the fall to 74c, and there wasn't much turnover to get the price there, was the result of a few stop-loss orders being triggered.
Turnover is fairly high today, I am assuming because the SPP closes tomorrow night?
I think ISF needs to be seen in the mix for the forecast gov't spending, either here or o/s, before the price increases "dramatically" which it will imo.
