Monday is not a schedule, it's a deadline of sorts (they can extend it on Monday if they want to, though I think that's highly unlikely).
Most likely we'll get our announcement today. If not, probably Monday, but there's no actual guarantee we'll be trading or have our announcement on Monday. I expect it will be this morning. Of course, I'm also watching and waiting with excitement.
