anyone in any sort of business knows there are always unexpected delays, these are alweays at a larger scale when the operation is at a larger scale,throw in that government approvals & environmental concerns, pushing back by just less than a month is pretty good as far as im concerned,i think people should stop trying to predict certain share prices by certain time frames and let the company progress, different again if your looking to day trade, this stock is not for you.
