I think everyone is missing the point here.
Yes the NTA will be around $0.03. What this ignores is;
1. The fact that their is still an operating business with an EBITDA of $4.1m circa $20m in value at a minimum (or $0.05/share)
2. The funds that are release from existing projects which will be anywhere from $0.01 to $0.03/share
3. Not sure if its clear what they said about the W&I amount that has to be held. If no claims from the buyer then that is also released.
So their is still value their I think everyone just focuses on the NTA and not whats actually happening underneath.
