What I don’t get is that TNG got a “please explain” from the ASX to which the statement was that TNG was not aware of any reason for the share price increasing. However a capital raising of $12.5m doesn’t just come out of the blue. I would suggest that the statements by TNG to the ASX were untrue and misleading, unless of course the negotiation of capital raising is not required to be disclosed.
