just want you all to know that the ITEM 4: ADOPTION OF REMUNERATION REPORT is not binding for the board of directors. It could be a 100% no vote from the share holders and the board can still give the remuneration the go ahead.
section 202a of the corporations act, also a replaceable rule number 9, which is part of the companies constitution. I don't have a copy on hand. so i don't know what it says.
