I hear you but I don't think this is being adhered to (bold) since "questions from the floor" cannot be participated in
"ASIC would be concerned if a company or reasonable entity were to seek to hold a meeting that did not allow questions to be asked, comments to be made"................unless it's in real time
What will ASIC do ?
Most likely they will email the Company Secretary requesting clarification by asking if he believes the proposed AGM is complying with... insert reference
They will have his email as it is part of the annual ACN/ABN/Renewal and it is a compulsory field when doing company filings with ASIC.
