A native title agreement concluded.... so early in the piece.... good move!!

My very first thought was another tick to show the market that this is unencumbered and primed to go and if a T/O suitor wants it its just add a very big wad of cash and proceed to mine.

Another step out of the way, the mineral rights purchased back, native title done, last big study pre development nearly complete...its all ready to go...

We can proceed and run at the Try ourselves and run we would, like Johna Lomu in his heyday.....but personally I reckon we are going to pass the ball.

This in my humble, very strong opinion (not saying Im right BTW everyone who's thought about it long and hard is entitled to very strong opinions)
is another sign we are being primed for sale to the highest bidder.

Why no offtakes yet? Why no encumbrances at all, infact less and less attachments by the announcement virtually...?

Big payday coming IMO.

For new investors that means if a T/O comes you get a big return on your cash quickly and if it doesn't, well you are invested in one of the best placed stocks in the booming Australian hard rock sectors that if not sold at a fat premium will go the longer, slightly riskier but even more lucrative path to mine.

This stock should run on this news, to me its yet another clear signal a T/O is coming and regardless its another potential hurdle jumped so great news.

The slow down and stall in short term SP growth at $2 was very predictable, its an obvious round number, an obvious point for some to take profits, for some punters to buy the boat , the holiday or the presents leading into Xmas. Once that selling is out of the way which can't be far away the next leg up happens.
