You have a couple of alternatives to get the information you are after. Every quarter companies that are added or dropped from the S&P indexes put out an announcement titled "SandP Announces March SP/ASX Index Rebalance" notifying the market of the change. For example CFU was removed from the All Ords with an announcement on the 6th of March this year. On the 9th of September CFU was added to the ASX300 index so there is a similar announcement on that date. Check them out and you'll see what I mean. You can go to these announcements and they lists all component changes for all indices. So with this method you just need to keep an eye out for one of these announcements which come out quarterly.

Alternatively you can go to the ASX homepage and click on the "More Indices" button below the charts. This takes you to another page where you'll see a link to the Standard & Poors website where you can also get the information.
