Remember they are a very large property developer and asset owner. PD Ports has fabulous undeveloped land resources which will generate tremendous opportunities, in addition to the more mundane Ports business.

Melua is right in so far as they are opportunists - but they can not afford to upset the Australian instos or investment community at large. They depend on the capital markets and need to retain respectability.
