it's not merely about doing it better. there has been no detailed explanation provided on why they chose a CR. there are more questions than answers.

shareholders are being kept in the dark about any serious business strategy, just like kids are not being told all the details by their parents. but it appears most here like being treated that way...if the majority of shareholders keep acting this way, management see that they can keep doing whatever they want without justifying their steps.

this heroic "going all the way alone" stance rarely works; hence the justified skepticism.

just to give a recent example. Theralase Technologies (TSXV) did exactly the same and are currently in the middle of their pivotal clinical trial. Results were excellent (better than anybody else) and they are now languishing at extreme low share prices. Nobody cares about them and the cash is running out. Since they did a CR they only have cash for that one trial and can't start any other indication. With major cash coming from partners, they could have worked on several in parallel and now the clock is also ticking regarding the patents that they have. Lots of business opportunities being lost at the cost of shareholders.

Sound familiar doesn't it...you can look the above all up in the NR's.

So to summarize; management have provided no detailed explanation on the current CR, only have cash to complete the one trial, need cash from somewhere to start any other trial; clock is ticking for patents; from their own timeline any sales from DMD (if successful) is years away; more cash will be needed to commercialize DMD.

those are the facts today...everybody can chose what to make of that.
