Absolutely.
I would say just on here there would be enough votes in terms of % plus in terms of numbers to make them standup and notice.
This also gives us the option to say X % of shareholders were unhappy with the package even if it passed. Do you think that is something you might want to consider?
If nothing is voted on then BM thinks all is fine is he deserves a free go at 900K p.a.
