Increasing the non-executive salaries from $300k to is insane....vote against, my forms in the mail
"Resolution 11" page 4 Shareholders approve an increase in the maximum total fees payable to Non-exs directors by $400,000 pa, from $300k to $700k pa...WTF are these guys having a laugh?
Proxy forms salary increases...vote them down
