Manas receives outstanding drill result from Shambesai 08:41, Tuesday, 6 October 2009
Sydney - Tuesday - October 6: (RWE Aust Business News) - Manas Resources (ASX:MSR) has an outstanding wide high grade drill intersection of 21.8m at 4.92g/t gold from 103.3m within a 52m gold anomalous intersection from drilling at the northern extensions (new discovery zone) of the 390,000 ounce Shambesai gold resource. The northern discovery zone has now been confirmed on two sections 85m apart with a further result of 13.3m at 2.17g/t gold from 96m also being intersected on the northern extensions. A further outstanding high-grade gold intercept of 23m at 4.09g/t gold from 67m has also been returned from infill drilling of the Shambesai mineralised zone highlighting the potential to add significant ounces to the current resource.
