miner greenland buries bad news in report, page-9

As of the annual report the company has outstanding:
144M options
222M shares

So can anyone please advise how:

$127 million of options were issued to Gravner?

I cant find $8.42 million of options to directors in 2009? maybe in 2008??

And are all these huge figures due to the fact they were issued in Apr 07 when the share price was 20c but due to the leap in the sp to almost $2, and because they were reported incorrectly at the time of a high price, and now have to be corrected (ie non monetary changes) at that price?

I hold this company for the potential it holds, but the disclosure issues are VERY concerning.

But it would be appreciated if instead of everyone just saying how bad the company is (esp BD a mod), helping to identify what the ell these disclosure issues are and how they were reported the way they were!! :(

And yes Mclree's help in this matter would be gratefully appreciated.
