Trading in any company will carry risks though - and especially with Biotech companies at the cutting edge of research. I think the risks you listed are valid but these are known I would have thought.
IMU is cashed up and there is an elevated volume in trading. Good management decisions have put IMU in a very robust position for a Biotech that is essentially in an advanced research stage.
