Yeah thanks for clearing that up Kwaidan, like I said it was a very stupid & misleading notice.
Phil Crabb made every possible effort to attract long term holders to UMC, and all his hard work is slowly being destroyed before our eyes. At times, this determination and loyalty from Phil cost him big bucks. Some here will recall the time when he sold 1,000,000 of his personal holdings to Citi at 40 cps. That, at a time when UMC was trading at 80 cents. I think he also gave them 200,000 oppies for nil consideration as a sweetener. The 'deal' cost Phil +$400k and for his troubles he was eventually treated like a bag of trash.

This time last year we had 5 substantial holders on the registry, we now have 1.
This exodus of substantial holders should be a grave concern to all shareholders because in many ways it serves as a measuring stick for potential investors.
Look at the great deposit, look at the great people who have departed and then look at the share price and you be the judge.
I'm not a happy camper!!!
