    Brilliant, resonating with me positives

    - targeting bigger merchants
    - explosive growth opts and pulling finger out
    - have everything possible in place to do it
    - stronger focus on revenue metrics
    - top team of passionate experts

some things to think on / negatives

    - what is the strategy for targeting big merchants. they talk about not leaving the merchant site and not sharing marketing customers to competitors l; as I said in a early post from my research for Australia - the larger companies don't care about this (they have a monopoly (a BNPL is five to share their customers to other merchants, they aren't afraid as they as that large/impressive they know they can beat in nearly all offerings to small merchants --- the only thing the large merchants care about is a way of using the BNPL credit (and risk that comes with it) to keep sales up during COVID). I do like the indication though that John said they are thinking of different ways to get larger merchants ... this is key (they have to compete on fees and part of that is driving costs down or finding more clever ways to add value)..

    - boosting they have a strong balance sheet isn't real helpful.. it's reassuring they are not going to tap us again for awhile -- but they have a strong balance sheet because we have trusted them with our money IPO and SP plans/offers.

overall while not producing revenue results, they must dig hard and share more about how they are increasing sustainable revenue -- out side of build it and they may come.

I agree about the top team, I'm glad I've done my job as an investor and they recognise that with strong balance sheet and hiring the best talent -- now no excuses, bring in the $$$

last year was a bit excusable and yeah they missed the mark a bit as maybe Brad struggled to adjust to what he might have thought the big companies line up for, when in reality they just going for best/short term profit opportunity... SPT must show to merchants unlike z1p a others it's a long term opportunity and will deliver value to merchants beyond short term profit lines etc.

I'll think on some more and watch again -- overall very good IMO filled with much potential if handled right
