Some sage advice to some in you words.
However , the interesting thing about those last Broker Numbers is that apart from the expected further estimated selling of 20 million plus shares from JP Morgan - ( please refer my previous post where I suggested that they could have just under 25 million still left to sell ) .......is that it is equally significant that in that 7 day trading session broking report that our NEW 2nd biggest combined Institutional shareholder in BNP had not bought or sold ONE SINGLE SHARE. from what I have seen in the recent broker numbers.
So given the level of share transfer of not quite 3% , and with only TWO current Top 20 holders holding over the 5% reporting threshold - will we potentially see a change in substantial holding notice from one of the others like for instance HSBC who sat in 6th spot in the Top 20 at 10th September with 1.77% and also hadn't bought or sold a single share in those 7 trading sessions between 25th Oct and 2nd November. The one things we do know though is that if Piedmont so much as sneezes with regards to it's holding balance , we will find out as is the case with Directors very very quickly. Not so much the same who hold below the combined holdings of BNP.
Interesting as well that UBS who had a ' Neat ' 43,000,000 at Sept 10th in 15th spot had bought 41.3 odd million shares at average 16.6 cent and sold 45 million and change at 16.3 cent......with their ' absolute ' Buyers outstripping their absolute sellers in the ratio of 811 buyers representing those numbers to only 629 sellers. So while they were 6th on the ' Net ' sell list , they were the ONLY one of the net sellers who had way more BUYERS in absolute terms. So with 41 million to start PLUS 41.3 buys LESS 45 million sellers , that still leaves them with 182 additional UBS clients holding 39 million odd shares......
The other thing for those who are a still a little concerned about the seemingly apparent ' Exodus ' of JP Morgan shares is that there has ALWAYS been this ' Love Hate ' relationship it would seem between JP Morgan and Tesla. And this has gone on in fact ever since around 1901 when JP Moran swooped on 51% of Nicola Tesla's advanced electricity patents including his ' Wireless ' telegraphy and telephony.grid
So without getting into too much of the history of their early relationship with the ' Concepts ' , their more recent relationship whilst being extremely profitable for JP Morgan , has also been rather tumultuous . Every time they seem to come out with a ' Downgrade ' on Tesla , it is met with a forthright accumulation which results in them pocketing $ Billions of real and / or paper profits on their transactions.......
So I guess one could stand back from these shenanigans with Sayona and its former No.5 shareholder with its near 140 million shares and ask the questions as to where did these shares go and to whom did they go to ......
Where they all ' on market ' sales ......or where there some deals done which we are yet to find out about .......
