I honestly don't know - you would think it'd be in their interests to keep the SP up but with such a long maturity, they can really use this time to milk retail and take multiple bites of the apple. They still get paid regardless unless Zip goes bust, so I'm sure there's a limit to how far they'll push down the SP.
I recently learnt ML is BoA's hitman. They do alot of blackops shenanigans with BoA holdings
