Not wanting to fight. Its just that often parties dont understand why things happen or resistance points occur. It boils down to definitions. Everyone defines traders as those who want a high liquidity and quick turnaround. However when I have invested in these under 2c stocks I have also noticed a grouping who dont seem to act as investors or traders but something of both.

In a stock like INT if an announcement is good than it could conceivably move from 1.5c to 2 c easily. As an investor I wouldn't have a sell order in on a stock where I considered myself an investor and not a trader. Yet in INT there is a very strong depth of sellers all the way up. This has always irritated me as you seem to keep hitting barriers. I happened to have a debate with one of these sellers who are prepared to sell even if the info that changes the share is good. He told me that he buys a number of these penny stocks which he thinks have a chance. He is not an investor as he has most of his stocks in safer bets. However he buys these in and puts about 30K in it he then keeps sell order at a 35% profit for a third and a further sell order at around 60% for another third. He believes that he has made a lot more than he has lost. He only keeps a third but that he decides to keep and sell only after the second tranche has sold. He thinks he is a trader and when you ask what if he has sold too cheaply his answer was that he needs to recycle the money its in his SMSF and its too much for him manage if he had to keep on top of them all but in his eyes he is a trader. Not a professional one in my book but it does seem to answer my frustration when good up moves are dampened by sales that don't reflect the value changes in stocks even after release of info. He doesnt presently have stop losses in place but is looking at it.

Maybe he isn't a trader but there sure seems a lot of people willing to sell INT from 1.6c to 2.5c and its illogical to leave that order there given the nature of where the company is at today. If you are disillusioned than its more logical to accept the market price and redeploy your funds.

I cannot explain it but it does suggest that as opposed to the few long term investors there are a number of them that dont do the hard slog before investing.

Oh by the way I had to pay up today to get in so am now an investor as well. Just dipped my toe however not yet fully submerged.
