I think so. The other option would be for a big insto, like goldmens, to buy up 5-10% and ZIP come out with a statement saying that they are investing (not trading the PIPs). This would cause the SP to go alot higher. I think 1 of the main reasons ZIP's SP isn't where we want it to (or near affirm/apy/klarna valuations) is due to the lack of backing from instos. Getting capital is a major risk and it'll be hard to get at a fair price without a better market (i.e., Nasdaq) or a big insto.

There may be a reason they have no insititutional backing and WBC bailed as potential investors are able to see management first hand.
