Silv, I love the posts and certainly have nothing against your view. Yes the crypto space has caused gold and silver to lag. I expect though in 5 years time we will look back at cryptos like we look back at the.com boom and crash of the late 90’s and early 00’s. The similarities are uncanny, while we did not have inflation back then, oil prices rose from 10 to 30 and Rates were rising. There was a lot of speculation and hot air that came crashing down in 2000. Today we have ridiculous pe’s in the fang stocks and crypto mainia stemming on way to much liquidity. I actually think the FED is making a massive policy mistake here and as a result will be forced to become overly hawkish in the second half of 2022. This will probably result in a stock market/crypto crash and the FED will be forced to quickly reverse course re-inflating the economy. That’s when gold and silver will rocket. Probably not to the hefty heights of 10,000 gold and $150 silver but considerably higher than today. These are just some thoughts hopefully to help pass the time. Perhaps the gold market is sniffing this out already which is why it rose last night. I am interested to see how both IVR and Ausgold trade come Monday
