Im looking from a jury perspective and in that there is no categorically for experience other than real life having been lived . imo

Will im taking just be for the defence and the prosecution to decide if its a guilty plea and be before a magistrate or judge ?

Then that terminology will be decided by the jury or the judge .

Unequivocally ?

That recompense may then be sought for the area that deals with victims of crime from the public pool .

I cant remember the name for it and they would decide this matter im taking .

Always we can be blessed we have a system that even a pyrrhic victory by criminals can help those effected
