Quiet a few months ago when I was on the isx website, looking for anns, I noticed a news piece on the site explaining current circumstances amongst other business. Long story short, it referenced not complying with. supplying documents. It goes on to say they sought legal advice and the brux of it was to avoid (my words) potential incriminating. However another word was used. What was that word ? It seems to have been removed (company news article), or I just cannot find it. Thinking sept dated. A very succinct way.
