1. maybe 4 days dry mouth bad breath taste day and night
2. no keto flu
3. maybe 3 times a day approx 8 to 10 klms a day
4.thats a quandary still in ketosis following the diet but after a 3 plus klm walk in the mornings my body may drop 300 to 500 grams
5.diet easy as to follow can't believe I did not do this years ago
6.been thinking about this a lot and will have to see when I am about 88 kilos as I want to eat normally (whatever that is ).Then of course exercise and smart eating and drinking will play its part.
I know 9 people who have had lap band surgery and now I think why did they get that done!!!!
I will talk to my cardiologist early December about the keto and what should I do from now on
