It would be pretty devastating to have this denied after waiting patiently for so long.
Does DB get any updates or information on the progress of the application that he's unable to share with us or is he left completely in the dark too?
I understand there isn't much communication between him and NOPTA.

Seems ridiculous that there could be no update for what on earth is happening until late next year, leaving everyone involved in limbo.
I can handle losing my investment but waiting for years to be kicked in the nuts doesn't sound great.
