if you are doing 8 to 10 kms a day and you haven't done that before - it's a shame you didn't measure your calves before you began
your calves and some upper leg and probably your bum will be starting to pump up the steak a bit -
if you just look at your calves -- imagine a piece of meat that long, that wide and if say - you put on a centimetre - just imagine a steak like that in the supermarket fridge -
there's some weight there - and, it's a LOT heavier than fat.
you stick a steak in water - it's going to sink - a blob of fat - by itself - almost floats.
hopefully even if you didn't measure anything - hopefully you took some pictures of your body ----------- we've seen plenty of your toes - but, that's not a lot of help.
