I really think Htg are suffering from the too good to be true syndrome. Big players look at it, read the company info, do some research and conclude that they will wait until something concrete happens. If it has this much upside potential they can jump on when it starts to rise and still be getting in early. I suspect a lot of smaller investors don't understand what is going on so will stay out until something happens.
