I understand this however you can’t just “write it off” , and it continues to sit as a liability
I agree that it does not impact cash flow which was never my point
if you look at the numbers and balance sheet of our peers, you will see how unhealthy it looks in comparison, and it actually makes our numbers look poor on ROI

I have previously put up the numbers a while ago.
this, imo, is a large reason larger funds and big ticket investors aren’t too interested
