The PFS is a low level feasibility study, full of assumptions, guessimations and faults…accuracy to -20% to +30% (hardly confidence building).
Hell it even assumes a staged production schedule.
Perhaps you need to have another read and refresh.
The DFS and accompanying ESIA submission and approval is the real game.
Just my opinion of course…and I’m usually wrong.
