It's interesting that Johnson resigned as a director from PNV in 2020, 5 months after PB was made managing director. Johnson also works as a director at MVP where DW is also the chairman.
Is it a coincidence he puts his hand up after PB's resignation to take the reins in interim or has this been in the works and PB didn't see it coming?
Will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next few months and if there is more to this story.
