I don't see any reason why it cant trade above $3 in time.
I have held a small cap that rallied from .01c to 55c. Another from .18c to currently over $8. It happens.
There is a huge amount of potential in VRX. Happy for the board to be aspirational in writing themselves options.
I don't think 30c is aspirational in any way.
