anyone thinking they will issue to an institution at a premium you are setting yourself up to be disappointed
its a big vote of confidence that we are getting institutional support but if we are realistic it is most likely going to be at a discount
if i was in Coby's shoes, this doesn't seem to be about raising money, he knows that we will have about $30m cash in bank by end of Jan, this is more about getting on the radar of institutions and transitioning away from being pure retail register
even if they issue 5m shares at $3 it's going to have minimal dilutive effect on the register and will raise $15m
