restaurant staff isn't a Dan problem - it's a world wide problem -

piss poor pay and conditions is the issue ------------- what's happened is due to covid in most countries ---

restaurant staff, bar staff, cafe staff - have found something else to do -

and - it pays better and has better conditions -

they don't want to come back -

simple

not just vic, not just Oz
