The “No Market Statement” should have never made it to the announcement. 4DS Management need to stop treating the ASX as if they are talking to the IEEE (Institute Electrical and Electronics Engineers). Everything about the announcement was poorly written for the uninformed ASX.

I can’t stop but think that management wanted tho degrade the share price. The announcement just makes to obvious to see it any other way.

Really feel for the long term holders on this especially those that may have damaged their CGT only to have new investors come in at these prices while we are at the tail end of the development stage. Management really did a number on long term holders.
