one of the paths i see this is that some form of cap raising talks have taken place and the destructive nature of the tech release is done to drop the price via a false market and using the NDA to hide true specs. wait the 3 weeks so the cap raise can be scaled down by average trading period and then raised off market.

the talk of order of magnitudes has been mentioned many times but as we were near dram speeds and already orders above in 2017, it has no more material meaning as we dont know what it is based off when these loose figures have been stated.

its either they still know the tech is massive, and by not releasing to market and knowingly using the nda is a false market. same goes with a flop tech.

i believe any company with NDA where price sensitive data is not released, no board or staff with access should be able to buy or sell, no matter the time frame or hardship clauses, unless shareholders have the same materially price sensitive data.

I'm hoping this board pull their fingers out and stop hiding behind NDA. i dislike the fact we have had some long term holders by the actions of the board, lose faith and reduce holdings. this shouldn't have happened in the way it did.

AGM will be it. cap raise will show true intentions pending who the offer is to
