Some investors in XPD Soccer Gear are working on preparing a class action against its auditor, Grant Thornton. The investors (and the law firm they are collaborating with) are considering whether it makes sense to broaden a potential action to include shareholders in other China-based ASX failures that were audited by Grant Thornton.
