Yes Based on the September 2021 quarter results, BMC has annualised revenue in excess of US$1.5 billion and EBITDA of US$696 million (100% basis).
Once the transaction is complete they go from here to here on a production basis:
Putting aside all the multinationals - this will put SMR in direct comparison to CRN (both Coal only ASX plays), and CRN has a market cap around AUD$ 2.42 B.
